Food Processing
Spices, snacks, flour, edible oil and ready mixes, where batch, shelf life and FSSAI traceability matter on every bag.
A food unit has to answer one question quickly: which raw lot went into which finished batch, and where did that batch go. Foundepth carries the batch from the receiving dock to the despatch note, with expiry enforced on every pick.
What pushes on this building.
Shelf life is a clock
Raw material and finished goods both expire. Stock that is not picked first expired, first out is written off.
Traceability on demand
A customer complaint or an inspection needs a full trace from finished batch back to supplier lot within hours.
Yield varies by season
Moisture, grade and crop change the yield from the same recipe. A fixed standard hides real losses.
Packaging runs ahead of food
Pouches and cartons are printed by SKU in large minimums. Overstock and obsolete artwork tie up cash.
One order, floor by floor.
How a common order moves through Foundepth in a processing unit.
- 3Step 1 · Order Desk

- 2Step 2 · Shop Floor

- 1Step 3 · Buy Desk

- GStep 4 · Stock Room
Raw lots picked first expired, first out, quarantined lots blocked from issue.
- 2Step 5 · Shop Floor
Batch output recorded with manufacturing date, expiry and actual yield.
- BStep 6 · Ledger Core
Cost per kilogram and the GST invoice post as the cartons leave.
